What Our Home Renovation Services Include

Property Refurbishments & Project Management

Refurbishing and renovating an entire property is what we love to do, we get the whole team together to plan the work and carry it out swiftly and effectively. This type of work usually includes full house rewires, new central heating installation, all carpentry work, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting.

We work with our customers and keep them informed through every step of the process and try to aim to keep it within budget.

Plastering

Plastering is an artwork of renovation we've mastered, we have a lot of experience with plastering, plaster boarding and stud walls.

We have great knowledge on the building regulations when it comes to using different types plasterboard's too.

We ensure our plaster-work has a perfect finish ready for decorating and that we keep the workplace clean and tidy.

Kitchen Fitting

One Team Construction can supply and fit the full package with kitchens such as kitchen removal, kitchen design, plumbing & gas, electrical work, tiling, plastering and carpentry.

This will save you the time and the headache finding all tradesmen needed. We know kitchen refurbishments and renovations can be a major disruption, so we aim to work with you and get it all done as fast and effectively as possible.

Tiling

Tiles can be the best solution for your kitchen or bathroom. With their easy to clean surface, excellent sealing qualities and the ability to give your room an amazing finish. One Team Construction can supply and fit floor tiles and wall tiles for your property renovation.

Electrical Works

We offer full variety of electrical works, we work in association with Budworth Property Maintenance and Electrical Services who are NICEIC accredited. From full house rewires to installing a new socket.

All of the electrical work carried out will be signed off where necessary, either with a minor works certificate or a full Electrical Installation Certificate.

Plumbing & Gas

One Team Construction offers domestic plumbing and gas services, from new radiators to complete boiler replacements, we've got you covered. We primarily focus on new installations.

Carpentry

We can cover all non-structural carpentry work, such as skirting boards and architrave to hanging doors and door frame installation and renovation.

We also offer a loft boarding service too; this can include a built in loft ladder.
